Preschool

At the preschool, both play and learning are in focus! In the wonderful climate of southern Spain, children can play outside for much of the day, all year round, but of course, they also play and rest indoors.

In Spain, children start early with learning letters, reading, writing, and mathematics. We follow the Swedish preschool curriculum but also want to ensure that children have the opportunity to engage in this early learning in a pedagogical and playful way at our preschool. At the Swedish International School, children are introduced to and practice both Spanish and English from preschool age, as we naturally integrate both languages in addition to Swedish. The school will have the opportunity to offer two preschool groups – a Swedish and an international one and is located only 5-10 minutes from Marbella.

From 9 AM to 3 PM, children from 2 years old are welcomed to a fun and educational day in a safe environment.
